  • Local Businesses: Represent Bonaire at the Caribbean’s Top Agri-Food Trade Show

A packed room at Habitat this week, as local entrepreneurs came together for an information session about Agroalimentaria 2025, the Caribbean’s largest agri-food trade show. The Government of Bonaire (OLB) is encouraging businesses to take part and will offer financial support to make participation possible.

Commissioner Clark Abraham addressed the audience:
If we want to grow our economy, we need to connect our people with markets, knowledge, and strong networks. Agroalimentaria is a platform where that happens.”

To support local participation, the government is offering a $1,500 grant per business to help cover travel and participation costs. The event takes place in Santo Domingo, where hundreds of producers, buyers, and distributors from across the region will meet.
